“The 2009 Franciacorta Riserva 33 Pas Dosé (100% Chardonnay) is a lovely sparkling wine with rich aromas of baked bread, apricot and honey that lift slowly from the bouquet. The aromas continue to evolve as the wine takes on more air in the glass and there is a long interlude of pear and Golden Delicious apple.
