Cantina Santadi | Tre Torri Carignano Del Sulcis Rosé DOC | 2023 | Vinous | 22/05/2024 | 91
Verbiage“The 2023 Rosato Tre Torri, 100% Carignano, is utterly charming. Ruby-hued in the glass, its lively cherry-berry fruit and blood orange juiciness engage from start to finish. A shade of dusty, white-pepper-like tannin emerges toward the close, leaving behind the sensation of having eaten a slice of watermelon outside at a picnic table on a hot day – juice running down your chin. This is summertime in a glass.” – Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024 |

Tenuta Montecchiesi | Miralý Rosé Toscana IGT | 2021 | Vinous | 21/05/2024 | 91
Verbiage“I’m going to write this note in reverse, as the first thing that jumps about the 2023 Rosé Intrigant Miralý is the distinctive finish: earl grey tea, sea salt, bruléed grapefruit and peppermint linger, long and clean. The blend of 45% Syrah, 45% Sangiovese and 10% Vermentino creates an intriguing array of aromas and flavors. The 2023 strikes a great balance of fresh fruit and almost spritzy brightness, absolutely compelling me to take another sip. The best thing is that it represents a great value, and, with 7000 cases produced, it shouldn’t be too hard to find.” – Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024 |

Tenuta Corte Giacobbe | Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC | 2023 | Vinous | 21/05/2024 | 90
Verbiage“The 2023 Rosato Pinot Grigio Ramato is a very light amber-pink in the glass. Lively and vibrant, it entices with salivating acids and tart citrus freshness. Light and lithe, it dances across the tongue, leaving subtle notes of white peach, chamomile, crushed rocks and white pepper behind. The tiniest bit of heat pokes through on the finish, but I’ll forgive that because the 2023 is just so energetic.” – Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024 |

Fantini | Calalenta Rosé | 2023 | Vinous | 20/05/2024 | 90
Verbiage“The 2023 Rosato Merlot Calalenta is pretty, ripe and alive, with tropical fruit and zesty, citrus-fresh acidity. The Merlot imparts a savory spiciness here that I don’t often find in other Abruzzese Rosatos. Papaya, lychee and pineapple meld with bitter Chinato herbs and rosewater, building into a complex, nuanced Rosé with tons of intrigue. It’s not an overt wine, but the more I taste it, the more I like it.” – Billy Norris, Vinous May 2023 |

Pietradolce | Archineri Etna Bianco DOC | 2021 | Vinous | 17/05/2024 | 93
Verbiage“We commence with the 2021 Etna Bianco Archineri from Pietradolce. My colleague, Eric Guido, is a fan of this wine. One sip, and I understand why. The aromatics offer tantalizing whiffs of the Mediterranean Sea, hints of iodine and green olive, understand yet gaining stature with aeration, just a background scent of dry straw mixed with oyster shell. The palate is extremely well-balanced, saline and focused, and it is fairly penetrating towards the finish. The perfect way to commence any lunch or dinner, this carries admirable intellectual weight and deliciousness.” – Neal Martin, Vinous, May 2024 |

Suavia | Soave Classico DOC | 2023 | James Suckling | 03/05/2024 | 93
VerbiageAttractive notes of sliced pears and peaches with hints of fresh herbs and lemon peel. Medium-bodied, tangy and zesty on the palate with vibrant acidity coming through. I like the freshness and savory character. 100% garganega. From organically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap. |

Bucci | “Villa Bucci Riserva” Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCG Classico | 2020 | Vinous | 02/05/2024 | 92
Verbiage“The 2020 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Riserva Villa Bucci wafts up with a delicate bouquet that blends spring flowers with gingery spices and crushed rocks. It’s seamless and silky in feel, with saline minerals up front, giving way to crisp orchard fruits. This is more savory than sweet, finishing with admirable length and youthful tension. The final sensation is one of liquid stone under an air of rosemary. ” – Eric Gaudio, Vinous, May 2024 |
