Conti Costanti Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2014 Vinous 01/02/2016 91
Verbiage

“Costanti’s 2014 Rosso di Montalcino is very pretty. Sweet red cherry, raspberry and floral notes are nicely delineated throughout, while the freshness of the vintage adds notable brightness. Drink this light to medium-bodied Rosso over the next few years. The 2014 spent ten months in neutral 500-liter French oak barrels.” -Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Feb. 2016

Fuligni Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2011 Vinous 01/02/2016 93
Verbiage

“The 2011 Brunello di Montalcino is dark, pliant and super-expressive. Dark cherry, plum, blood orange and exotic spices all lift from the glass. Aromatically intriguing and generous, the 2011 will be ready to give all it’s got pretty early. Although the 2011 is not especially complex, it is sensual, racing and inviting, all qualities that are accentuated by silky tannins that give the wine its succulent, open-knit personality. The 2011 spent two and half years in a combination of tonneau and cask.” -Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Feb. 2016

Fuligni Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2010 Vinous 01/02/2016 95
Verbiage

“The 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is quite a bit darker and more powerful than the regular bottling. Dark stone fruits, wild flowers and spices open up gradually in the glass. Hints of menthol, sage, tobacco and lavender follow, adding the final layers of nuance on the deep, fleshy finish. There is plenty to look forward to. The Riserva emerges from the estate’s oldest vines and is aged predominantly in cask. There is plenty to look forward to.” -Antonio Galloni, Vinoous, Feb. 2015

Fuligni Rosso di Montalcino Ginestreto DOC 2013 Vinous 01/02/2016 91
Verbiage

“The 2013 Rosso di Montalcino Ginestreto boasts striking depth and overall nuance, along with the pedigree of a truly important vintage. Sweet tobacco, orange peel, spice and white pepper add gorgeous aromatic lift as this plump, juicy Rosso shows off its alluring personality.” -Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Feb. 2016
