Adeo Bolgheri Rosso DOC

Bright ruby red in color. The nose is intense and straightforward with excellent complexity, featuring blackberry, plum and black cherry as well as herbaceous notes. The palate is fruity with notes of plum, spice, and light toasty nuances from time spent in oak. Excellent body, balanced alcohol, and a velvety mouthfeel with hints of minerality and licorice. Lovely tannins.

“Our philosophy is to seek uncompromising quality year after year in the vineyard and in the cellar and to fully reflect the growing season.”
