85% Trebbiano & 15% Malvasia from vineyards located within the township of Ortona and covering 40 hectares (99 acres). Intense straw yellow, medium intensity and persistence on the nose, lively on the palate, with good body and balance, fruity and floral with notes of plums, peaches, white flowers – particularly orange blossoms and lemon blossoms.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Soft pressing and de-stalking, static clarification, fermentation of the clean must for 20 days, at a controlled temperature of 12° C (53.6° F). Aged in stainless steel and in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Lively, intense straw yellow in color, rather intense, persistent nose, fruity - recalling peaches and medlar - and floral (white flowers, lemon and orange blossoms). Full palate, with good balance, intensity and persistence.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
12-14° C (53.6-57.2°F) and paired with antipasti and light first courses, white meat, fish and fresh cheese.
